They are currently seeking a Strategic Account Executive to play a key role in driving growth and shaping the future of DevOps within an enterprise account portfolio. This is a high-impact role focused on identifying opportunities to maximize customer value, strengthening relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure retention and loyalty
- Identify and close new up-sell and expansion opportunities with existing customers
- Oversee the renewal process for a portfolio of customers, analyzing product usage and adoption
- Engage with customers throughout their lifecycle, proactively addressing potential obstacles to renewal
- Partner with Finance and Legal teams to structure and negotiate renewal contracts for the highest possible retention rates
- Maintain long-term account health and customer satisfaction
- Evaluate renewal probabilities and develop strategies to secure renewals
- Work collaboratively with customers during pre-sales cycles
- Utilize Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, and advanced Microsoft Excel for account management and forecasting
- Drive product adoption by sharing best practices and implementing growth and optimization strategies
- Escalate at-risk accounts when necessary and ensure customer success
- Keep customers informed on best practices, product features, new releases, and upgrades
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Computer Engineering
- Minimum 12 years of experience in software subscription sales
- Proven experience carrying revenue quotas with large enterprise customers
- Demonstrated success in closing 7-figure deals
- End-to-end experience in managing and owning the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
- Experience supporting pre-sales cycles and using Salesforce and advanced Microsoft Excel
