A preferred Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, AWS and Snowflake partner, they deliver right-fit solutions to both medium businesses and global Fortune 1000 clients. They are now growing across Europe, looking for someone to lead New Business Sales across the Nordics Region (note, this role can also be based in Sweden or Denmark).
Key Responsibilities:
- The role is to hunt and drive the sales effort across assigned sector/industry leveraging all of the copmany's services, solutions, partnerships & alliances.
- Individuals should have good knowledge and experience of selling in the Oracle or other ERP/HCM solutions, and proven track records to demonstrate the same.
- Achievement of all sales targets to drive the profitable growth of the business.
- Provide stakeholders and senior management with regular weekly and monthly status reports and management information demonstrating performance and progress within the sales function.
- Cultivate effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Champion the company values and culture acting as a role model for the rest of the team.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience of operating in markets and/or companies with significant levels of cultural diversity
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills and excellent skills to connect at Director level and 'CxO' levels.
- Articulate and with a high degree of numeracy skills to present to the company's leadership team.
- Outstanding track record in meeting / exceeding sales targets in the immediately preceding last 3 years. Evidence needed.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a Business related discipline, computer science or ECE with an MBA preferred.
- Business Development experience of at least 10 years in the technology industry out of which the last 5 years in France preferred.
- Fluency in regional language + English
