Role: Senior Embedded Software Engineer
Location: Santa Barbara County, CA (onsite)

With over $3B in Revenue, they've received recognition for their diversified product range across Aircraft Controls, Space and Defense Controls, and Industrial Systems.
We're seeking versatile Senior Embedded Software Engineers to join the team in Santa Barbara!
Responsibilities:
Develop new features for existing and upcoming turreted weapons systems (designing, coding, debugging, and integrations)
Debug issues with existing systems
Deliver documentation tha meet contractual requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 7+ years of designing and testing code in RTOS
5+ years of software development
Proficient in C (Bonus Java)
Strong experience with RTOS (Bonus baremetal and embedded Linux)
Experience with low level driver software (Bonus GUI)
Communication Protocol Experience (SPI, UART, I2C, 1553, networking)
Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance
