Position: (Senior) Product Manager (all genders)
Location: Karlsruhe region (2-3 days in the office per week)
Possible Salary Range: 80.000€ - 130.000€*
Description: The client is an innovative and industry-leading company in the field of industrial software. They are an international company with offices across Asia, Europe, and the U.S. and provides an embedded software for the automotive and manufacturing industry - especially in the field of infotainment. Their customers include Tier 1 OEMs like BMW and Audi, and also luxury brands such as Porsche and Bugatti.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the whole product lifestyle from strategy, to agile implementation, and pricing models.
- Manage new product launches (Cloud, SaaS)
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Manage feedback from external and internal stakeholders
- Define KPIs to measure the product's success
- Lead product trainings, presentations, and trade shows
Skills and experience required:
- Fluent in English
- 5+ years in Product Management (SaaS, Cloud, and preferably also IoT)
- Similar previous experience
- Having launched a new product in B2B and B2C ecosystems
- Project management experience
- Software engineering background is a plus
- Proactive and self-starter
