Responsibilities:
Recommend, initiate, and manage vulnerability and patching programs for OT systems and environments
Coordinate with OT teams and IT to harden OT devices
Report on the OT cyber risk posture
Schedule and perform OT security testing such as vulnerability assessments and social engineering
Train and assist technical staff in cybersecurity techniques and applications
Manage vendors providing OT cybersecurity technical support
Oversee the OT security budget and initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience
Minimum five years' experience in OT security
Knowledge of information systems, communication networks, and security software/hardware
Experience with key information security technologies
Strong leadership, influencing, and relationship-building skills
Excellent teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation skills
Effective time management and multitasking abilities
Experience with NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF) and North American Electric Reliability Corporation Critical Infrastructure Protection (NERC CIP),
IT/OT and utility industry experience, with an understanding of utility-specific security threats
