Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Telecom Infrastructure with a focus on sales within the telecom sector. The successful candidate will have significant experience managing key accounts with major telecom providers and be adept at creating and executing sales strategies. This role is integral to expanding our telecom infrastructure platform, requiring strategic oversight, resource allocation, and the development of strong client relationships to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Lead telecom infrastructure accounts, acting as the primary point of contact, while ensuring excellent service and building long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Own the P&L for the telecom platform, establish long-term strategic plans, set sales targets, and implement annual business plans.
- Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering, to ensure seamless execution and business success.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal support functions (Legal, HR, Operations) to optimize business outcomes and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & Analysis: Regularly track and report on KPIs and business development metrics, providing insights on progress and areas of opportunity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a Master's or MBA preferred.
- 20+ years of experience in the telecom infrastructure or similar industries, with 10+ years in senior sales and business development roles.
- Proven track record of driving growth and managing P&L in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
